First 1-2-3+ Sketch and Layout for 2026!
I am exceptionally excited to offer your the FIRST 1-2-3 sketch and layout for 2026 - and really, the first 1-2-3 layout in almost 4 years! WOOHOO!
I'm hoping you like the updated format AND the addition of what I call, "the plus". Over the years of creating 1-2-3s, I have often suggested using additional paper or cardstock for photo mats or punching borders & shapes, in order to give the simple 1-2-3 layout a bit more pizzazz. So over the last few years in the back of my mind I've been thinking about how I could incorporate that feature while still providing the basic 1-2-3, and I came up with the plus concept: You still use 1 piece of double sided designer paper, two base pages of your choice and make three cuts to create your layout, but then you have the option of following the +Cutting Guide with one additional piece of paper or cardstock to yield photo mats and other decorative borders and shapes! It's still super easy and you can determine which option you follow depending on your time, energy level and stash that you are working with!

Thanks Noreen for your great layout ideas. Been following you for years. So fast and easy to do. Would love if you could add the sample completed of your sketch layouts in your download itself. Sometimes seeing the type of papers that you use helps with figuring out which papers to use...patterned, neutrals, monochromatic etc.
