April 1-2-3+ Sketch and Layout!

Goodness me - I'm late in posting April's 1-2-3+ Sketch and Layout as a blog post! We created it together back on April 8 but I'm just realizing I never published the blog post - yikes! I've been busy getting my first SWN class together - the Scrap-Your-Stash Virtual Weekend Retreat! (You can find out more about this upcoming event and register for free here!)

Each one of my free 1-2-3+ layouts uses just one piece of double sided designer paper, two base pages of your choice and is made with three cuts to create a quick two-page layout. And if you want to level up your layout, you then have the option of following the +Cutting Guide using an additional piece of paper or cardstock to create photo mats and other decorative borders and shapes! Both versions are easy and versatile, and you can determine which one you create depending on your time, energy level and stash that you are working with!

Take a look at April's layout which is full of fresh spring flowers and a nod to Easter!

I'm still using the Your Own Way collection from Creative Memories for all my 2026 1-2-3+ layouts. This month I chose more Island Waters and Plum papers, and added a touch of yellow with the Floral Essentials Embellishments. Grab a beverage and watch as I choose products, cut my papers and assemble the layout in the video tutorial below!

You'll find the link to download the free April 1-2-3+ handout on the Resources page but ALL of my free downloads are available in the 123SWN Free Resources Library, so make sure to become a member today!

And once you've created your own April 1-2-3+ layout, I would love it if you would share it in our private 1-2-3 Scrapbook with Noreen Layout Sharing FB Group - it is so amazing to see all the different versions of the same sketch!

If you enjoy the 1-2-3+ sketches, make sure to check out the January, February and March 1-2-3+ Layouts and then check back on or after the second Wednesday of each month for a new one!

    Happy Scrapbooking!
